Voicemail
We have designed our Voicemail system to be as easy to use as possible, whether you use Voicemail from your phone, retrieve on-line or via email.
Setting up your Voicemail box:
From your cellular phone dial *86 (send) and follow the user-friendly instructions. Please make sure that you make a note of your password ( 4 to 7 digit number).
Retrieving messages from your own cell phone:
Dial *86 (send) to get your messages.
If you would like to protect your message with a password go to option “ 4 ” (personal options) then go to option “ 4 ” to turn your by-pass off. You can also contact our customer care department from your cellular phone on 611 (free call) or 700 7600.
From another cell phone or a local land line:
Dial your cellular number; when you hear your own message press * and enter your password .
From Overseas:
Dial 1-441 (from Europe dial 001-441) and your cellular number, when you hear your own message press * and enter your password.
Helpful tips:
- Press 1 to listen to your messages
- Press 7 to delete your messages
- Press 9 to save your messages
We have included Voicemail as part of your cellular service. You will be able to store up to 20 messages for 14 days.
Retrieving your messages on-line Set-up Instructions:
- Visit www.cellularone.bm
- Select “ Log on - Check Voicemail ”
- Enter your 10 digit voicemail number without brackets, dashes
or spaces, e.g. 4417007000 - Enter your Voicemail password
- Select the “ Messages ” tab
- Select “ Open ” under the “ New Message ” heading or under the
“ Saved Messages ” heading to hear the applicable message - Select “ Delete ” at the bottom of page to erase message if needed
Receive your messages via email Set-up Instructions:
- Visit www.cellularone.bm
- Select “ Log on - Check Voicemail ”
- Enter your 10 digit voice mail number without brackets, dashes or spaces,
e.g. 4417007000 - Enter your Voicemail password
- Select the “ Personal Info ” tab
- Enter your email address in the “ Email Address ” field
- Select “ Update ” to save this information
- Select the “ Message Settings ” tab
- Enter a check mark in the boxes labelled: Email Notification: Attached Voice Message:
- Select “ Update ” to save this information
- Select “ Exit ” to finish the session
