Understanding My Bill
Your statement will be mailed to you during the second week of every month. You will receive detailed billing (a record of all your billable calls) free of charge. Please let us know if you do not want this feature.
In addition, airtime charges are for completed calls only, incoming and outgoing. If you don't make a connection, you don't pay. Dropped calls are credited and are indicated in your call details.
Your first bill will include:
- If activation occured between the 1st and 25th of the month you will pay for your services from activation date to end-of-month. If activation occured from the 26th to the end of the month, you will pay from activation date to end-of-month and the service fees for the following month
- Any airtime, long distance and roaming charges
- A credit showing the amount you paid when you first signed up with CellularOne
Typical monthly charges on your bill will include:
- Monthly access charges (billed one month in advance)
- A monthly Government Telecommunications license fee of $5
In Addition:
- Airtime usage charges, which are minutes used beyond the free minutes included in your package
- Long distance charges, roaming charges and additional feature charges, if applicable
- SMS charges (Outbound only)
- Additional feature charge
- Long distance charges from TBI only will be billed by Cellularone. Cable & Wireless and TBI's “Simply the Best” customers are billed by C&W and TBI directly.
