Wireless Broadband Service Usage
CellularOne’s Wireless Broadband Service is for individual use only and not for resale. Our Wireless Broadband Service is not designed to support real-time applications such as voice over IP or two-way video applications.
Data sessions may automatically terminate after two hours of inactivity. Usage is based on the amount of data transferred (both uploading and downloading). Usage above your 1 or 5 Gigabyte allowance (depending on your monthly data plan) will be considered excessive network use.
CellularOne reserves the right to deny or terminate service, without notice, to anyone who uses the Wireless Broadband Access Service in any manner prohibited above or whose usage is excessive or adversely impacts our network or service levels. CellularOne reserves the right to charge for data usage in excess of 1 or 5 Gigabyte (depending on your data plan) per month at a rate of $0.10 per additional megabyte basis.
This service is NOT for you if you need to use the following types of data transfer which consume large amounts of bandwidth; (1) uploading, downloading or streaming of movies, music or games, (2) server devices or host computer applications, including, without limitation, Web camera posts or broadcasts, voice over IP, telephone applications, automatic data feeds, telemetry applications, automated functions or any other machine-to-machine applications, (3) as a substitute or backup for private lines or dedicated data connections.
Customer is responsible for all charges, including all data sent and received and overhead whether or not the Customer or his / her recipients actually receive the data. Overhead is all data that is in addition to user-transmitted data, such as control, operational and routing instructions, error-checking characters as well as retransmissions of user-data messages that are received in error. Any unused portion of the megabyte allowance is lost and shall not carry over to the next billing cycle.
